You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Platform
You agree to use Kashmir Apple Growers only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Posting or transmitting unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or obscene content.
- Engaging in activities that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Fees and Payments
- For Growers:The platform offers free services for growers during the first year of registration. After the first year, a nominal fee of 1000 INR per year will be charged.
- For Suppliers: Suppliers will be charged 12000 INR per year once the platform reaches 100,000 members.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Content Ownership and License
- User-Generated Content: By submitting content to the platform, you grant Kashmir Apple Growers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, and display the content for purposes related to the platform’s operation and promotion.
- Platform Content: All content provided by Kashmir Apple Growers, including text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of Kashmir Apple Growers or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.

7. Privacy Policy
